You can program the system to record the ANI and DNIS digits in SMDR reports. ANI and DNIS numbers can be up to 10 digits in length each, and are recorded only for incoming calls on ANI/DNIS trunks.
If the Extended Digit Length option is enabled in the SMDR Options form, all the DNIS digits may not appear in the extended SMDR report. If more than seven digits are received, only the seven right-most digits are recorded.
